Good Morning…
I have a position that is very urgent…this will be located downtown. Our client is looking for a really high level Windows Engineer for a long term contract that could last up to 7 years. Ideally, the consultant will design, configure, install, and optimize complex server systems for advanced server functions consisting of, unless otherwise agreed, email, domain controller, disaster recovery, file and print services, etc. Designs, configures, installs, and optimizes clustered server solutions for redundancy and fault tolerance benefits. It’s a clustered environment of Windows servers, primarily 2003 and 2008. They would ask that you have a really strong understanding of AD and Exchange as well as VMWare for virtualization purposes. You’d be configuring boxes and servers solutions as well as building boxes and setting up for backup recovery and redundancy efforts.

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree or minimum of five years experience designing, configuring, installing, and optimizing server systems.
•Industry certification applicable to server systems.
•Microsoft 2003. 2007 preferred!
•Linux
•Exchange 2007
•MCSE 2000 or 2003. 2008 preferred! -- THIS CERTIFICATION IS A MUST HAVE
•Windows 2003/2007 Engineer
•VMWare
•Know how to build servers
•Able to work in a fast paced, high operations tempo environment
•Sharp, able to hit the ground running
