Project Overview:
Ardent Management Consulting is looking to hire several Business Case Analysts for our growing Homeland Security, Department of Justice and Intelligence Community engagements.

Our Business Case Analysts will work closely with clients, on-site, to identify functional and business requirements, and articulate those requirements to engineering teams. Business Case Analysts also support defining new business flows, process improvement, and perform requirements traceability. Skills must have: Requirements Collection, Business Process Modeling

Skills nice to have: Homeland Security Experience

Responsibilities:
Current ArdentMC Homeland Security and Department of Justice engagements require on-site business analysts to help team identify target implementation activities, and ensure an accurate capture of requirements and business functions.

The Business Case Analyst will work with emergency response and law enforcement staff to identify existing and required information flows and processes. These concepts will be documented through the use of formal artifacts that range from business flow diagrams to requirements definition documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process identification and improvement, as well as experience/exposure to homeland security and/or law enforcement mission spaces.


Qualifications:
Specific duties and skills associated with the Business Case Analyst include:

• Client communication, both written and verbal
• Preparation of briefing products for clients and senior management
• Documentation of existing business processes
• Design of improved/new business processes
• Documentation of unfulfilled requirements
• Ad-hoc research
• Relationship building with client decision makers and operations staff
• Ability to work autonomously
