| Technical Advisor/Program Manager |
|
The Technology Director (TD) shall have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of technical experience with large scale systems and networks.-- At least ten (10) years of the IT experience having been in leadership positions such as directing significant research or development efforts and/or experience with programs requiring comprehensive and innovative technical solutions. The TD partners with senior Agency leadership to provide strategic support to help organizations improve performance by analyzing situations, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions. Serves as a performance change agent; influences stakeholder decisions by presenting strategic performance concepts.
Critical Knowledge & Skills.-- Serves as an expert resource for Agency executives. Advises and supports the Agency in the development of solutions. Translates Agency requirements into technical solutions and helps the Agency to implement them.
Develops networks and alliances, and collaborates across boundaries with a wide range of stakeholders.
Must have demonstrated experience implementing agile and ITIL methodologies.
Must have demonstrated experience developing SOA and ESB solutions.
Must have demonstrated experience integrating multiple technologies (e.g., Oracle, Google, and ESRI) for central tracking and distribution of various types of data.
Must have demonstrated experience monitoring, managing and reporting systems within an internet services provider s (ISP) application infrastructure.
Must have demonstrated experience designing high speed queue processing flows.
Education and pluses.-- A Master's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Engineering or related information technology discipline is required.-- |
