Logistics Analyst
Job Description: Analyzes logistics operations during Army brigade and division training exercises using computer-assisted simulations . Analyzes and evaluates operations plans and orders; establishes collection plans based on the commander's themes and keys to the battle; retrieves and analyzes data during the course of the exercise and prepares After Action Review products. Assists in exercise design and scenario development. Conducts pre-exercise planning by conducting Site Surveys and participating in planning conferences. Develops exercise plans, coordinates internal and external resources, monitors planning progress and timelines, and prepares contract deliverables. Maintains proficiency in the various simulations and models supporting Army training exercises, with an emphasis on the Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS) and the Joint Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM) Job Requirements: Mel 4-CGSC Equivalent; graduate of a logistics-related Advanced Course; BS or BA degree; SECRET Clearance; familiar with Army/Joint doctrine;experience in simulation training and simulation programs used for Army training; scenario development experience; and familiar with MS Office Suite of software.
