| Program Manager/Business Development Lead |

Required:-- Active Secret security clearance. Bachelor s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Retired O-6 (preferred) or Senior O-5 Navy CEC Officer or Civil Servant with equivalent service. An established network of contacts with Marine Corps, CNIC and NAVFAC decision makers. Comprehensive experience, knowledge and understanding of Navy and Marine Corps facilities engineering organization, planning, acquisition, management, requirements, budgets, and decision making processes.-- Comprehensive experience, knowledge and understanding of CNIC, Navy Region Commands and Marine Corps Installation organizations, and planning, acquisition, management, requirements, budgets, and decision making processes.-- A minimum of 5 years experience implementing, managing, and developing NAVFAC/Naval Engineering acquisition and/or management programs.-- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communications skills.--
Desired:-- Active Top Secret security clearance-- 2-3 years post service experience in installations and environmental support industry is highly desired. A proven track record of facilities management including environmental stewardship, force protection, and program execution.-- Business lead qualification, team building, and proposal experience with a winning track record highly desired. Registered Professional Engineer. |
