Exercise Analyst Intelligence  
Applicant must possess in-depth understanding of Intelligence processes, procedures and capabilities as well as how Asymmetric networks operate. Analyst is also tasked with providing reach-back, exercise and home station training support for BCTP exercises and seminars. The BCTP OPSGP-S conducts or supports training that replicates Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) Operations in a full spectrum Contemporary Operational Environment, at worldwide locations, in accordance with the ARFORGEN Model, for Sustainment Brigades, Expeditionary Sustainment Commands, and Theater Support Commands in order to create training experiences that enable the Army's Senior Commanders to develop current, relevant, campaign-quality, joint and expeditionary Battle Command instincts and skills. Position is located in Ft Leavenworth, Kansas. Travel estimated to be 30%.

Duties:

Intelligence Analyst, BCTP Operations Group Sierra, responsible for: ? Conducts information retrieval, knowledge consolidation, analysis, and development of assessments of facts, threat intents, cultural behavioral norms, knowledge and implications of the operational environment, and adversarial involvement in that environment. ? Completes all requests for information and requests for support in a timely manner, utilizing the most effective tools and applications. ? Supports the military in preparing training to deploying units on how to produce PIRs, CCIR, EEFI in support of battle command staff procedures. ? Develops geographically correct and reality based scenarios, threads and injects to facilitate operations for inclusion into Master Scenarios Events List (MSEL) during Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MRX) ? Participates in MRXs to produce products for the After Action Review process ? Minimum five years experience as an intelligence analyst or supervising intelligence personnel. Experience analyzing threats/ networks and Asymmetric threats. Military experience with one or more deployments to OIF or OEF preferred. ? Bachelor s degree preferred. ? Microsoft Office proficient. ? Experience with operations centers, planning cells and operational planning teams desired. ? Experience at the Corps, Division, MEF and/or CJTF levels preferred ? Experience with Interagency and other governmental entities preferred ? Excellent written and oral communications skills ? Secret clearance is required ? Valid passport is required Relocation Assistance Available. Security Clearance Required.
