| Requirements Analyst Lead |
|

Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking a Requirements Analyst Technical Lead to work at our office in Clarksburg, WV.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Elicit requirements from project stakeholders
Define, maintain, and manage system requirements
Participate in the planning for system releases
Maintain requirements traceabililty
Create and maintain requirements documents
Manage requirements changes
Establish strong customer relationships
Support the design, development, and testing activities as needed
Lead a team of Requirements Analysts
Job Requirements
Due to the nature of the project, all candidates must possess a Secret security clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
5+ years experience gathering IT system requirements
Working knowledge of Rational RequisitePro and Rational SoDA
Experience with PVCS Version Manager and PVCS Tracker
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to effectively lead a team
Experience developing use cases, documenting requirements, and preparing storyboards to facilitate requirement reviews
Strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
