|
Yoh IT has a contract opening for a VITRIA BusinessWare Administrator to join our customer in Austin, TX.
Job Duties:
•The Health Solution Business Unit (HSBU) currently has an opening for a VITRIA BusinessWare Administrator.
•The Enterprise Systems Division of the Austin Information Technology Center (AITC) supports a large number of Vitria BusinessWare Interface Engine (VIE) applications.
•The VIE support by the Division provides software development and system administration support for the Vitria BusinessWare 3.1.x and 4.x servers.
•This position provides support for VIE development and system support for the Vitria BusinessWare 3.1.x and 4.x servers.
•The VIE application software development includes design, implementation, and testing of messaging solutions using Vitria BusinessWare 3.1.x. and 4.x.
•Programming support includes monitoring performance, and troubleshooting Businessware issues.
The candidate shall perform the following types of tasks:
•Coordinate all work with the customer and AITC's application programmers and database administrators assigned to support VIE applications, databases and hardware platforms.
•Design and develop VIE applications using BusinessWare.
•Load VIE releases and patches, upgrade versions of BusinessWare.
•Review VIE performance for VIE processes and provide and implement recommendations for improved performance. Use and support system monitoring tools.
•Become familiar with and use Service Desk Change Orders and Service Requests to document and obtain concurrence on VIE work.
•Coordinate VIE work with designated VHA and AITC personnel.
•Develop scripts in Perl, Jython, Python and/or ANT scripting to automate and monitor Vitria routine tasks.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in related technical discipline and 8+ years experience.
•Advanced degree in related technical field desired.
•The candidate shall have experience with configuration management processes and procedures.
•The candidate shall support Vitria BusinessWare Interface Engine (VIE) as well as possess the following skills: Java, XML, Perl, Jython, Python and experience with enterprise business process messaging and transformation packages.
