| Wireless Signal Processing Engineer |
|
Candidate will have strong a background and/or extensive experience in signal processing with a particular focus on communications and/or geolocation. Experience with one or more of the following areas is desirable: DSSS, OFDM, OFDMA, STBC, MIMO, FEC, equalization, synchronization, wireless propagation in a multipath environment. Communications candidates will have a solid understanding of detection, estimation, and wireless communications principles. For geolocation, candidate will have understanding of and experience with spatial signal processing and beamforming. Proficiency with MATLAB is a must but ability to write object-oriented C++ is a plus. Candidate will work with other senior scientists and engineers to implement software defined radio-based wireless communication solutions.
-The Wireless Signal Processing Engineer will be involved with the development of wireless communication systems and should have strong technical ability in the implementation of digital signal processing for wireless applications.
-Experience is desired in the implementation of modulators and demodulators, FEC, communication protocols, signal identification and recovery, adaptive equalization, OFDM and other waveforms.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
For these positions you will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. An active SECRET clearance is required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
