Senior Technical Training Specialist:
****A current TS/SCI security clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph is required****
Project Overview:
The purpose of this 35 hour course is to provide basic management and introductory technical level of knowledge in the fields of computer network operations and digital network analysis, specifically computer network defense and understanding intruder motives and mentalities.
Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility for this position is to provide technical instruction to students enrolled in the CYBER for Management course.
• Market, schedule, and register students
• Arrange for guest speakers, as needed
• Prepare materials for classroom to include working with technical staff for HW/SW installation
• Ensure payment is received for all attendees
• Conduct training using lecture, blended learning strategies, and hands-on lab exercises
• Administer tests and class evaluations
• Prepare course completion certificates
• Review all feedback/evaluations, incorporating changes/additions/deletions for future offerings
• Prepare post-course reports for upper management
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise for other projects under development
• Instructional System Design experience helpful
Educational Requirements:
• BS preferred
• Will consider equivalent experience
Required Skills:
• 3 plus years experience is required
• Instructor Certification
• TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Preferred Skills:
• CEH, CISSP, knowledge of CND
