| SAMS-E Instructor |
|
General Description:
The Instructor is responsible for automated logistical software training. Develops and modifies lesson plans, coordinates training aids and student scheduling. Serves as a primary instructor for SAMS-E / IE functional and technical courses covering Maintenance Management, Production Control, Supply Management and System Administration. Assists team members during data conversion to include collecting historical data files and initial system configuration. May supervise other subcontractors and independent consultants supporting the fielding initiative.
Education and Knowledge Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred but not a disqualifier.
•Ability to work in a team environment with a variety of professionals while at the same time working independently, with minimal supervision.
•Detail-oriented; productive without compromising quality.
•Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
•Previous/significant time with US Army Logistics systems.
•At least five years experience dealing directly with military customers and management.
•SAMS-E or SAMS-I/TDA experience.
