| System Administrator |
|
The Senior Network engineer shall define network infrastructure requirements and
shall install physical resources such as switches and other fiberchannel
technologies. He/she shall prepare documentation and network infrastructure
layouts and assist in the development of and changes to System Security Plans
(SSPs). The Sr. Network Engineer shall also manage the monitoring, evaluation, and
optimization of resource capacity and utilization. He/she shall be responsible for
adding and deleting users, installing software and software updates and patches,
implementing system access and security policies, connecting workstations, and
systems to the LAN/WAN, performing system backups, and carrying out other
network and system administration duties as necessary. The Sr. Network engineer
shall work with the CSSO and ISSO to ensure compliance with security procedures
and policies.
