Network Planning Analyst  
TS/SCI security clearance required. Must be able to pass a CI polygraph examination. Candidates will be project managers for a number of varied projects and will be responsible for reviewing and processing network connectivity (router, crypto, multiplexer, etc), computer, computer peripheral, computer software, and voice services requests from customers. Duties will require analysis of the request for compliance with current criteria, will verify infrastructure capacity at the requesting location, will verify if the hardware and/or software resources are available, will create e a MS Project schedule using templates. The candidate will be responsible to interface with customer change-control-boards, and support the design and installation of WAN and/or LAN components or systems. They will assist with design solutions, cost estimates, installation plans, and service delivery schedules. Will provide the work described above through membership on an engineering IPT led by a government-engineering group. Will attend review boards and assist the lead engineer explain technical solutions. Some travel may be involved. Good organizational skills, as well as excellent oral and written communications skills are required for this job. Must have a telecommunications technical background (equipment maintenance preferred), be able to understand and interpret technical jargon, have proficient written and verbal skills. Good presentation skills with experience in briefing and presenting information to review and approval boards. Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and five to seven years related experience.
