Customer Service/ Helpdesk Specialist  
Requires current TS/SCI security clearance and must be able to pass a CI polygraph examination. Experience with web based forms and applications, Remedy (or other) trouble ticketing system(s), and experience using the standard Microsoft application suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc). Maintains knowledge of industry developments to ensure that products and services are state-of-the-art. Cross-trains and provides assistance to all areas of the company and to customers. Responds to customer needs in a quick and effective manner. Maintains an extensive knowledge of company products and services, and coordinates activities with other Customer Service Specialists. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. One or more years providing telephone or direct support to customers, one or more years experience in a customer call center is beneficial. Requires bachelors degree or equivalent and zero to two years of related experience.
